Paris-Based Executive Admin & Office Operations Lead

Bioptimus in Paris is seeking an Administrative Business Partner to act as an operational engine for leadership and workplace experience. This high-agency role reports to the COO and works closely with executive leadership across the company.

You will manage executive calendars, travel, events, and culture logistics; lead onboarding and office operations; and drive cross-functional admin projects using Notion and modern productivity tools. A strong presence in the office is required.
