Paris-Based European Security Operations Lead

OpenAI in Paris is seeking a Security Operations Manager to oversee corporate and physical security across Europe. You will lead daily security operations for the Paris office, coordinating with Brussels and supporting regional security for Munich, Zurich, and other cities.

You will implement access and visitor controls, manage security vendors, and collaborate with Workplace, Legal, HR, EHS to ensure compliant, employee-friendly security. Travel across Europe may be required.
