Paris AI Deployment Lead: End-to-End Production & Adoption

OpenAI seeks a Technical Deployment Lead in Paris to own end-to-end delivery of complex customer deployments. You will translate business outcomes into a technical plan, run day-to-day execution across FDEs, researchers, and customer engineers, and partner with customer teams to ensure adoption.

You will embed with customers to map workflows, ensure timely shipping of components, and drive onboarding and change management, with success measured by impact, adoption, and reliability.
