Parenteral Operations – Associate Director

Lilly is seeking an Operations Director at our site to ensure annual production goals and 1–3 year planning. You will lead cross‑functional teams across Engineering, Maintenance, Regulatory, Quality, and Manufacturing Sciences, coaching others in safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

The role involves overseeing a 40–70 person workforce, travel up to 20% domestically with potential international assignments, and advancing site capability toward our manufacturing excellence goals.
