Paralegal

We're supporting an international medical device company in the search for an experienced Paralegal / Assistante Juridique to join its legal team in Paris.

This is a broad, hands‑on role combining legal operations support, compliance administration, and contract lifecycle management, sitting at the heart of a busy in‑house legal function within a fast‑growing, globally active organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Full ownership of contract lifecycle management, filing, tracking, and maintaining records and templates in the contract management system
• Maintain and update legal databases, tracking tools, and document management systems
• Assist with compliance processes including sanctions screening, anti‑gift policy monitoring, and sunshine regulations via dedicated e‑tools
• Support corporate filings and coordinate signatures, notarisations, and document legalisation
• Track and report on compliance training activities and maintain the e‑training platform and legal e‑repository
• Ensure legal references are accurately reflected across documents and marketing materials

Required experience & profile

• 4+ years of experience in a paralegal role, either in‑house or within a law firm
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology, processes, documentation, and compliance frameworks
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management tools
• Fluent in English; French proficiency strongly preferred for this Paris‑based role
• High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Compensation

• €55,000 - €65,000 Base salary (dependant on experience) + 10% annual Bonus
