What you will do:

• Define Paid Social & Display strategy across on‑platform (TikTok Shop, Meta Shop) and off‑platform tactics (Meta Advantage+, TikTok Video Ads) at brand and category level.
• Support with day‑to‑day management and optimisation of Paid Social & Display (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Google), including campaign builds and audience creation.
• Own key performance metrics (Revenue / ROAS / Cost%) versus forecast.
• Ensure a data‑driven approach, exploring opportunities to automate, optimise and improve efficiency/ROAS.
• Analyse performance data to find growth opportunities and areas to improve.
• Provide daily, weekly and monthly performance insights versus forecast and KPIs.
• Maintain gold‑standard platform hygiene with best‑in‑class campaign setup and optimisation, working with peers globally.
• Monitor and analyse competitor activity.
• Test new opportunities/creative and apply learnings to ongoing campaigns.
• Drive innovation, challenge the ordinary, and support long‑term growth.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams: performance marketing, DTC, marketing, commercial finance, social/influencer.

What will you have:

• Solid experience in Paid Social & Display (eCommerce preferred). Hands‑on experience with Meta Business Manager & TikTok Ads/Shop is essential.
• Commercially minded and results‑driven.
• Motivated self‑starter, ambitious, curious and open to testing new ideas.
• Strong interpersonal skills – able to work with a mix of personalities and styles.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced environment with proven multitasking ability.
• Strong data skills, especially measurement and attribution.
• Experience with Data Studio and Google Analytics is a plus.
• Fluent in French and English .
