Paid Social Consultant - Freelance - Spanish market

Dolead runs paid marketing campaigns faster, integrates customer data with confidence and generates sales‑ready leads at a fixed cost per lead.

Responsibilities

• Manage high‑budget advertising campaigns (over 100k$ per month) on multiple platforms, primarily Meta, Google, and Bing, serving a portfolio of 20–25 clients across various verticals.
• Track and analyze performance metrics such as revenue, margin and quality, and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
• Leverage data to enhance quality, volume, and revenue.
• Experiment with and iterate new use cases to optimize advertising strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing‑Operations teams to build and operate acquisition funnels.

Daily rate: 150–200€ depending on profile & experience.

Profile

• 3+ years of experience in paid media management.
• Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Strong performance mindset and analytical skills.
• Proactive, creative, and data‑driven.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Additional languages (Portuguese, Italian) are a plus.
• Experience with Spanish and international clients, including knowledge of the Spanish market and trends.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Eager to work and interact with an international team.
