About the Role
To optimize performance and drive measurable results across all paid media channels, ensuring efficient budget utilization, achieving client KPIs, and contributing to the overall growth of the business through effective campaign management and analysis.
Key Functions and Responsibilities
Daily
Monitor paid media campaign performance across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Pinterest Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms (e.g., TikTok, X, etc.) to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.
Conduct daily budget pacing and adjustments to ensure campaigns are on track to meet spend targets and avoid over/under-pacing.
Perform daily bid adjustments and keyword/audience optimizations to improve campaign efficiency and performance.
Review ad creative performance and identify underperforming assets for replacement or optimization.
Analyze key metrics (e.g., CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates) and provide immediate insights.
Address any campaign delivery issues or technical discrepancies.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., creative, analytics) for ongoing campaign needs.
Weekly
Generate weekly performance reports for assigned accounts, highlighting key metrics, trends, and actionable insights.
Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and develop optimization strategies.
Implement A/B tests for ad copy, creative, landing pages, and audience targeting.
Research and identify new keyword opportunities, audience segments, and emerging platforms.
Participate in internal team meetings to discuss campaign performance and strategy.
Communicate campaign performance and recommendations to internal stakeholders or clients.
Proactively identify and troubleshoot any tracking or platform-related issues.
Build and maintain campaigns, ad groups/sets, and ads in key platforms as needed.
Monthly
Develop comprehensive monthly performance reports and present strategic recommendations to internal teams or clients.
Analyze long-term trends and identify opportunities for strategic campaign adjustments.
Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and competitor strategies.
Review overall account structure and make recommendations for improvements.
Collaborate on the development of monthly media plans and budget allocations.
Evaluate new platform features and betas for potential integration into strategies.
Quarterly
Develop quarterly business reviews (QBRs) outlining overall performance, strategic initiatives, and future recommendations.
Contribute to the development of annual paid media strategies and roadmaps.
Identify opportunities for significant budget reallocations based on performance and market conditions.
Stay updated on industry best practices, algorithm changes, and new technologies.
Participate in strategic planning sessions with senior management or clients.
Audit existing campaigns for efficiency and adherence to best practices.
Semestrial
Conduct in-depth market research to identify long-term trends and emerging opportunities.
Collaborate on the development of comprehensive paid media playbooks and best practice guides.
Contribute to the development of internal training materials and knowledge sharing.
Participate in long-term strategic planning for account growth and diversification.
