Packaging & Quality Projects Coordinator

A renowned company specializing in providing durable and innovative paints and coatings trusted by clients worldwide is seeking a Packaging & Quality Projects Coordinator to join its Quality team based in Montataire.

Position Overview: Reporting to the Quality & Technologies Manager, the Coordinator will play a pivotal role in quality projects related to packaging. From feasibility studies to successful product packaging, the selected candidate will collaborate with production, ensuring both technical and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend daily production meetings as the quality/packaging representative, providing necessary support and addressing reported non-conformities.
• Manage non-conformities by implementing corrective actions or initiating problem-solving groups when necessary.
• Act as a liaison between marketing and production teams, advising on technical aspects of packaging.
• Support production teams on technical aspects of packaging.
• Participate in the launch of new products and packaging-related changes, from feasibility studies to production launch.
• Coordinate with suppliers on quality incidents and follow corrective actions until resolution.
• Develop and maintain work standards to actively contribute to continuous improvement and quality management systems.

Profile:

• Bachelor's degree (Bac +3/5) in production/engineering/materials with relevant industrial experience.
• Knowledge of packaging methods would be advantageous.
• Proficient in English.
• Curiosity, organization, rigor, and initiative are essential qualities for success in this role.
• Excellent listening and communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills and a project-oriented mindset.
