Packaging Development & Industrialization Leader

Sephora is seeking a Senior Packaging Engineer to lead development and qualification of complex packaging projects. You will partner with Marketing, Formula Development and Purchasing to balance technical feasibility, cost, and sustainability while guiding external suppliers and contract manufacturers.

You will supervise a team of packaging engineers, ensure on-time launches, and drive quality through testing, validation, and tooling approvals in a fast-paced beauty environment.
