The Role

We’re looking for a Product Developer / Project Manager who is more than just a thinker — someone who executes with precision, challenges conventions, and pushes ideas from concept to market with speed and impact.

This is a client-facing role where you will collaborate with globally recognized brands to develop primary packaging, secondary packaging, and gift-with-purchase (GWP) products across multiple materials. From concept ideation to industrialization, you’ll bridge design and manufacturing, ensuring innovative, high-quality outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with world-class designers and clients to transform visions into manufacturable products.
• Develop and refine 3D renderings, technical drawings, and prototypes to validate design intent.
• Select, test, and integrate diverse materials (plastics, glass, metals, textiles, sustainable alternatives), ensuring they work seamlessly together.
• Manage the full product lifecycle: research, design, prototyping, testing, industrialization, and launch.
• Lead feasibility studies and advise clients on design-for-manufacture best practices.
• Oversee supplier engagement and ensure technical specifications meet global standards.
• Anticipate risks, troubleshoot complex challenges, and deliver solutions under tight timelines.
• Continuously evaluate performance, cost, and sustainability to maintain a competitive edge.

Who You Are

• A proven Product Developer / Project Manager with 3+ years of experience in packaging, consumer goods, or product innovation.
• Strong technical foundation with expertise in:
• 3D CAD tools (SolidWorks, Rhino, Alias, or similar).
• Understanding of manufacturing processes: injection molding, glass forming, metal stamping, finishing, etc.
• Material science — how plastics, metals, textiles, glass, and composites can be combined to achieve functionality and aesthetics.
• Comfortable in a client-facing role with the ability to translate creative vision into technical reality.
• Fluent in both English and French, with exceptional communication skills across cultures and teams.
• Relentlessly curious, detail-obsessed, and unafraid of complexity.
