Packaging Developer

Packaging Developer Pharma (M/F/D)

Tasks:

• Independent management and coordination of packaging development activities within pharmaceutical projects
• Development and optimization of packaging solutions, with a focus on secondary and tertiary packaging
• Coordination and follow-up of packaging-related activities from development through implementation
• Planning and coordination of transport and packaging studies
• Technical coordination with internal departments, external partners and suppliers
• Review and assessment of packaging concepts and technical documentation
• Management and follow-up of open points, changes and project-related actions
• Independent documentation and tracking of relevant packaging activities
• Proactive identification of optimization opportunities and implementation of appropriate measures
• Acting as the central on-site contact for packaging-related topics

Qualification:

• Several years of experience in pharmaceutical packaging / packaging development
• Practical experience with secondary and/or tertiary packaging
• Experience in pharmaceutical packaging projects and transport studies
• Strong ability to work independently, autonomously and with a high degree of personal responsibility
• Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with existing topics and structures without extensive onboarding
• Proactive and hands-on approach
• Ability to independently manage packaging topics and coordinate relevant interfaces
• Very good English skills
• French skills are a strong advantage
