PA to Professors of Information Engineering Closing date: Jul 06, 2026

Position Summary

We are seeking a full‑time PA to Professors of Information Engineering to join the Oxford Robotics Institute / Oxford e‑Research Centre at the Department of Engineering Science (central Oxford). The post is permanent.

Key Responsibilities

• Support all administration for Professors Posner and Armour, including diary management, expense submissions, event and travel coordination, website updates, and collating and presenting data.
• Ensure critical tasks are completed and day‑to‑day organisation and communication run effectively across multiple research groups.
• Work closely with colleagues within the department, division and across the university to coordinate relevant issues.

Required Qualifications

• Good educational background, preferably to degree level.
• Significant experience as a Personal Assistant, especially working with senior staff and independently without direct line‑manager oversight.
• Excellent IT, communication, interpersonal and organisational skills with ability to manage deadlines.
• Self‑motivated, resilient, proactive approach and commitment to high standards.
