Role Description

As the Owner at noet-ia, you will lead the overall vision, strategy, and growth of the company while ensuring alignment with our mission and values. In this full-time, on-site role based in Grenoble, you will oversee product direction, customer relationships, and partnerships, and guide cross-functional teams in engineering, product, and operations. You will be responsible for making key business decisions, managing budgets and resources, and building a sustainable business model in the industrial AI and quality management space. Daily activities include engaging with clients and stakeholders, prioritizing product features, supporting business development, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive culture. You will also represent the company in industry events, monitor market trends, and continuously refine our offering to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading or founding technology or industrial-sector ventures, with proven responsibility for strategy, operations, and team leadership.
• Strong understanding of AI-driven products, data integration, and quality management processes in industrial environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, define business models, and drive revenue and growth in a B2B or SaaS context.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to collaborate with customers, partners, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Track record of fostering inclusive, human-centered workplaces that prioritize employee well-being and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in French and experience in the Grenoble or wider European industrial ecosystem are strong advantages.
