Responsibilities
- Work with Accenture “Solution Architects” to determine the people approach regarding an outsourcing arrangement to ensure it confirms to local employment legislation and can be successfully implemented in the given timeframes.
- Design the resource effort required to manage a People programme and budget accordingly.
- Manage major People workstreams in a Service Transition programme and/or act as the program manager for multiple smaller Service Transition programmes.
- Manage overall internal/external client relationships during various stages of the transition/mobilisation/solution process.
- Support the ‘Requests For Information’ and ‘Request For Proposal’ process by providing reference material for inclusion.
- Present to prospective clients on our People Transition capability and credibly define the people approach and risks and issues.
- Consult with Trade Unions and/or Employee Representatives on the proposed outsourcing/people approach.
- Support the development of a sourcing strategy; e.g., recruit required resources, develop role descriptions and position summaries, coordinate recruiting support, and coordinate with offshore centre on resource needs.
- Analyse client employment terms and conditions and propose measures in relation to a TUPE transfer (including the approach regarding pensions, bonus schemes, etc.).
- Manage large‑scale client data and information.
- Define and develop communication strategies (both internal and external); e.g., assist with communications briefings and presentations, and support the development and implementation of the questions and answers process.
- Support the development and implementation of the contractor strategy.
- Support the development and implementation of the long‑term human resources processes and procedures.
- Manage employee relations issues as they may arise.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in ARD.
- Experience of HR and communications – preferably in an outsourcing environment.
- 100% travel required (including the requirement to work short periods of time away from home).
- Fluent in French and English.
- Additional European Foreign Language Skills An Advantage
- Experience of the practical application of ARD legislation highly desirable.
- Significant HR experience an advantage.
- Experience of driving change programmes (local and multi‑geographic).
- Experience of ARD legislation an advantage.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven senior stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced business writing; initiative; innovation; oral communication; problem solving; professional relationships; teamwork/collaboration.
- Skilled at creating and maintaining documents in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Project.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree, university degree or equivalent preferable.
