What You’ll Do
As an Account Executive at iHeart, you’ll learn the ins and outs of our Broadcast and Digital Marketing Products, identify and develop new business opportunities through in-person meetings and research, conduct daily outreach, and cultivate existing business using our full suite of products. You will collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue, create effective marketing campaigns, and use storytelling and data-driven presentations to meet client expectations.
What You’ll Need
- 5+ years in a hunter direct sales role.
- Self-motivated with excellent relationship-building and problem-solving skills; persuasive communication; goal-oriented; strong negotiator and proactive.
- Ability to plan and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with cold-calling and initiating outreach to prospective clients as part of lead generation.
- A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a High School Diploma (College Degree preferred).
- Skills in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social networking platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to help business grow.
- Digital/Media Sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to organize and prioritize day-to-day activities based on priorities.
- Experience with multi-platform campaigns, analytics, and a background in iHeart or audio advertising is a plus; well-connected in the market.
