Outreach Athletic Trainer: On‑Field Care & Community Health

Advocate Health is seeking a dedicated athletic trainer to provide services at high schools and community events. You will participate in a Sports Medicine Team, deliver on-site care, and coordinate referrals. CAATE-accredited education, BOC certification, and state licensure eligibility within 30 days are required, along with BLS within 30 days.

Full-time role with a 40-hour workweek, on-site coverage, and a sign-on bonus program plus relocation support for qualified applicants.
