Outpatient Physical Therapist I with Acute Care Coverage

Advocate Health in an outpatient rehabilitation setting seeks a Physical Therapist to evaluate, plan and direct PT programs, restoring function and maximizing independence. Occasional Acute Care coverage is requested in a 40-hour work week.

Required are a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, NC licensure and BLS. You will document, communicate with physicians and coordinate patient education and discharge planning in a fast-paced clinical environment.
