About the Role
Senior Outbound Growth Operations role to build and run outbound sales machine from lead generation to booked discovery.
Responsibilities
- End‑to‑end outbound operational chain: sourcing/enriching leads, cleaning data, pushing to CRM, enabling tools like Outreach and Lemlist, tracking results and creating feedback loops with Sales.
- Lead generation strategy & roadmap: define initiatives, translate GTM needs, prioritise and own execution.
- Lead gen database & tech stack: co‑own leadgen data lake, define fields, dedupe logic, documentation and monitoring; evaluate and implement enrichment tools; maintain prospection tech stack (SQL, low‑code, AI, CRM integrations, Outreach, Lemlist).
- Outbound prospecting operations: build processes, coordinate campaigns, define guidelines, drive adoption of tools.
- Prospection efficiency tracking & feedback loop: build dashboards and analyses for funnel conversion, latency and sequence performance; use insights to identify bottlenecks and propose experiments; structured feedback loop with Sales leads.
- First‑month examples: generate leads for new segments, refresh CRM data at scale, improve contact enrichment engine, implement sequence management process, create operational reporting view.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in lead generation, outbound growth ops or Sales Operations in B2B tech environment.
- Full working proficiency in English.
- Solid SQL skills and database management.
- Experience with AI: familiarity with LLMs, building and optimising prompts, integrating AI in workflows.
- Automation / low‑code workflow expertise (Zapier or similar).
- Strong CRM fundamentals; Salesforce administration preferred.
- Experience with Outreach, Lemlist or equivalents.
- Reporting & analytics: define metrics, build dashboards and explain insights.
