OT Automation Engineer — Security & Controls Lead

Novozymes A/S, part of Novonesis Group, is seeking an OT Automation Engineer to drive automation and cyber security initiatives at our Arpajon plant in France. In this full-time role, you will operate and maintain OT infrastructures, ensuring availability and resilience of control systems, supporting industrial cyber security efforts, and collaborating with global teams.

We look for candidates with an engineering degree in Automation or similar, proven experience in industrial automation, and strong skills in project management and industrial networks. Fluency in French is required.
