OSS/BSS Technical Project Manager
The need is a Technical Project Manager who is very clear on the IT journey of BSS product offers right from CRM to Service Management journey identification . They will be creating the IT Plan for the specific product offer to be launched and proactively identify issues that can go wrong and come up with solutions to resolve them.
Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of telecom BSS Product Offers , for example IoT/NGIoT . The role will drive delivery from commercial offer definition and catalog modeling through order capture, orchestration/fulfillment, provisioning/activation, billing/charging , and assurance , coordinating multiple stakeholders and systems to deliver orderable, billable, and activatable IoT offers.
This is a hands‑on leadership role requiring deep understanding of BSS product catalog/offer constructs and cross‑domain orchestration across BSS + OSS .
End-to-End Delivery Ownership (BSS–OSS)
- Create and manage project plans, sprint plans, release calendars , dependencies, and milestones.
- Drive governance: daily standups, RAID reviews, sprint reviews, tech/design reviews, release readiness, CAB , and executive status reporting.
- Proactively manage risks, issues, scope changes , cross‑vendor dependencies, and mitigate schedule slippage.
