We’re Hiring: Organizational Change Manager (OCM)

Contract: 12-month CDD (Full-Time)

Start Date: Sept/Oct 2026

Are you passionate about driving transformation and leading change on a global scale ? We’re looking for an experienced Organizational Change Manager to guide a major international ERP rollout and help shape the future of finance and technology.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare, support, and guide stakeholders through every stage of transformation
• Design and deploy a global change toolkit across multiple geographies
• Build executive sponsorship and foster change readiness
• Coordinate change activities across countries and business functions
• Monitor, measure, and report on the change journey

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have:

• Expertise in change management and global IT solution deployment
• Excellent communication skills in French & English

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with large, complex, multi-country ERP rollouts
• A background in management consulting , business transformation , or consulting leadership
• Skills in impact assessment , stakeholder management , and change strategy design
• Strong analytical mindset, flexibility, and initiative
