Build and execute Alan's organic social media strategy internationally to position Alan as the leading health reference on social platforms.

- Drive online conversations about health.

- Execute the strategy in France and adapt it for local markets.
Key Outcomes by 1 Year
- A clear, living organic social media strategy is in place and understood across the organization.
- An AI‑powered content production system is operational, enabling high‑velocity content creation.
- Platform activation and posting cadence are defined and implemented based on audience data.
- A measurement framework is live, tracking audience composition, traffic impact and brand awareness.
- Social has amplified at least two major brand campaigns, delivering measurable reach and engagement gains.
Responsibilities
- Develop the global organic social strategy, including voice, creative direction, and platform‑specific frameworks.
- Coordinate with Brand, Product Marketing, and Growth to embed social into product launches, campaigns and events.
- Bridge organic and paid efforts on Meta and YouTube for maximum reach.
- Align with country teams on editorial pillars and platform priorities.
- Set the measurement framework, track KPIs, and provide regular performance reviews.
- Own and execute the France organic social strategy end‑to‑end across content mix.
- Design and implement an agentic AI content workflow to increase production velocity.
- Define and operate distribution logic across all active channels.
- Use data to inform editorial decisions and iterate on strategy.

- Build platform‑specific organic social media strategies from scratch.
- Strong editorial judgment and ability to make fast, autonomous decisions.
- Produce social‑first content autonomously across multiple formats.
