Naphora Games Group is seeking an experienced Organic Growth Lead to own and grow the company’s organic acquisition across mobile games. You will develop content, social media, creator partnerships, and ASO strategies to drive sustainable growth and measurable retention.

Collaborating across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, Discord and more, you will align with Marketing, Product, Creative, and Data teams to transform engagement into installs and long-term player value.
