Order to Cash Specialist

Overview

As our new Client Operations Specialist (Order to Cash) , you will join the ClientOps team within the Finance department, reporting to Patricia Legendre . Based in our Paris office, your mission is to take full responsibility for the order-to-cash cycle for our clients in France (BU Regions). You will play a vital role in ensuring financial fluidity and operational excellence as we continue to scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full invoicing process to ensure accuracy and timely delivery to our clients.
• Drive cash collection efforts by monitoring overdues and engaging with clients to reduce outstanding debt.
• Execute precise payment allocation to keep our financial records up to date.
• Maintain and update reporting within our dedicated cash collection tools.
• Optimize existing processes to improve the efficiency of the order-to-cash cycle.
• Deliver high-quality support by maintaining strict JIRA response rate SLAs for internal and external queries.

About You

• Experience: You have previous experience in operational finance, ideally within a startup or a B2B platform environment.
• Technical Skills: You possess strong Excel skills and are comfortable navigating financial tools.
• Languages: You are bilingual in English and French.
• Mindset: You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working autonomously.
• Soft Skills: You have a positive, professional attitude and strong communication abilities to interact with various stakeholders.
