Client Operations Specialist (Order to Cash)

In this role you will join the Client Ops team within the Finance department, reporting to Patricia Legendre. Based in our Paris office, your mission is to take full responsibility for the order-to-cash cycle for our clients in France.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the full invoicing process to ensure accuracy and timely delivery to our clients.
  • Drive cash collection efforts by monitoring overdues and engaging with clients to reduce outstanding debt.
  • Execute precise payment allocation to keep our financial records up to date.
  • Maintain and update reporting within our dedicated cash collection tools.
  • Optimize existing processes to improve the efficiency of the order-to-cash cycle.
  • Deliver high-quality support by maintaining strict JIRA response rate SLAs for internal and external queries.

About you

  • Experience: Previous experience in operational finance, ideally within a startup or B2B platform environment.
  • Technical Skills: Strong Excel skills and comfortable navigating financial tools.
  • Languages: Bilingual speaker in both English and French.
  • Mindset: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working autonomously.
  • Soft Skills: Positive, professional attitude and skilled communication to interact with stakeholders.
