Order to Cash Specialist

Join our dynamic Finance team as a Client Operations Specialist (Order to Cash) based in our Paris office, reporting to Patricia Legendre.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full invoicing process to ensure accuracy and timely delivery to our clients.
• Drive cash collection efforts by monitoring overdues and engaging with clients to reduce outstanding debt.
• Execute precise payment allocation to keep our financial records up to date.
• Maintain and update reporting within our dedicated cash collection tools.
• Optimize existing processes to improve the efficiency of the order-to-cash cycle.
• Deliver high-quality support by maintaining strict JIRA response rate SLAs for internal and external queries.

About You

• Experience: previous experience in operational finance, ideally within a startup or a B2B platform environment.
• Technical Skills: strong Excel skills and comfortable navigating financial tools.
• Languages: bilingual in both English and French.
• Mindset: highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working autonomously.
• Soft Skills: positive, professional attitude and skilled communication to interact with various stakeholders.
