Oracle SIOCS Lead

Location: EU-based candidates considered, with hybrid presence in Paris (2 days per week or 1 week every 2 weeks)

Language: English (French a strong plus)

We are looking for a SIOCS Lead to take ownership of SIOCS delivery as part of a wider POS and retail transformation programme . This role is critical in ensuring successful integration and operational readiness across European retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and rollout of Oracle SIOCS
• Act as the primary SIOCS subject matter expert across the programme
• Work closely with POS, supply chain, and business teams
• Manage dependencies across multiple workstreams and vendors

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience leading Oracle SIOCS implementations
• Background in retail / POS transformation programmes
• Experience with luxury retail clients preferred
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a hybrid Paris-based engagement model
