Oracle SIOCS Functional Lead

Overview

We are seeking an experienced SIOCS Functional Lead to join a major programme within a luxury retail environment. This role will be instrumental in leading the functional design and delivery of SIOCS solutions, ensuring alignment with high-end retail operations and customer expectations. We require candidates to come from a similar luxury retail background and fluent in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Lead the functional design and implementation of SIOCS (Store Inventory and Order Management) solutions
• Engage closely with business stakeholders to gather and define requirements
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications
• Facilitate workshops, process mapping, and solution design sessions
• Work alongside technical teams to ensure successful delivery and integration
• Support testing phases, including UAT, ensuring solutions meet business needs

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Functional Lead on SIOCS implementations
• Strong experience within luxury retail is essential
• Deep understanding of store inventory, order management, and retail operations
• Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent in both French and English
