Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Compensation Technical Functional Lead to support the delivery and execution of a global compensation programme. The role combines business analysis, solution design, stakeholder management, and Oracle HCM Compensation configuration within an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements, conducting impact assessments and recommending solutions.
• Translate functional and business requirements into technical specifications.
• Configure and develop Oracle HCM Compensation solutions to meet business needs.
• Coordinate configuration and development activities with technical team members.
• Configure, test, and launch annual salary review and compensation planning processes.
• Support HR and business stakeholders throughout the compensation cycle.
• Provide functional expertise and guidance on compensation-related processes and best practices.

Required Experience

• Expert-level Oracle HCM Compensation experience.
• Strong functional and technical understanding of compensation processes.
• Proven experience working on international Oracle HCM Compensation programmes.
• Ability to engage with business stakeholders and translate requirements into system solutions.
• Experience coordinating workstreams across functional and technical teams.
