Oracle Functional Support Analyst

Oracle E‑Business Suite Functional Expert

We are looking for a senior Oracle E‑Business Suite Functional Expert to join a global ERP RUN organisation, acting as a Subject Matter Expert for a large, business‑critical Finance ERP deployed internationally.

This role focuses on production support, functional governance, and continuous improvement, working at the crossroads of business, IT, and external partners to ensure service quality, compliance, and stability of Oracle EBS Financials.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Functional SME for the businesses Oracle EBS Finance applications
• Own service delivery and functional support across the EBS finance applications
• Validate and control functional and selected technical changes in production
• Manage functional releases: documentation review, testing, approvals
• Lead and contribute to complex corrective maintenance and incident resolution
• Secure solution quality across projects: design validation, non‑regression testing
• Supervise system testing, UAT, and support user training and communication
• Challenge and coordinate external partners and maintenance providers
• Ensure alignment with architecture, security, audit, compliance, and internal policies

Required Skills & Experience

Must‑have

• 10+ years of experience with Oracle E‑Business Suite R12, especially Financials modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, etc.)
• Strong expertise in functional setup, support, and international deployments
• Solid understanding of accounting and business processes
• Proven experience in production support (RUN) environments
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to challenge designs and enforce best practices (Oracle standards, out‑of‑the‑box usage)
• French and English language skills
• SQL knowledge and understanding of Oracle EBS data model
• Experience working with external service providers / TMA
• Exposure to compliance, audit, security, or regulatory contexts
• Comfortable working in large, multi‑entity, multi‑country environments
