Oracle E-Business Suite Technical Expert (Permanent)

We are looking for a senior Oracle E‑Business Suite Technical Expert to join a global ERP team supporting a business‑critical financial application deployed across multiple countries.

In this role, you will act as the technical SME for Oracle EBS R12 (Financials), ensuring production stability, supervising technical deliveries, and driving continuous improvement of custom developments, integrations and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a senior technical expert for Oracle EBS activities (production support, incidents, enhancements)
• Lead and coordinate resolution of major production incidents
• Design, supervise and review technical developments (customisations, integrations, reports)
• Perform performance tuning and troubleshooting (SQL/PLSQL, concurrent processing, forms, reports)
• Coordinate with functional teams, infrastructure/DBA teams, and external partners
• Ensure compliance with development standards, procedures and best practices
• Contribute to technical documentation, specifications and deployment processes
• Oversee outsourced developments and ensure delivery quality
• Support patching, upgrades, environment refreshes and testing activities
• Participate in workload planning, prioritisation, and KPI monitoring

Required Skills & Experience

Must‑have

• 10+ years of hands‑on experience with Oracle E‑Business Suite (R12) , ideally Finance modules
• Strong technical expertise in:
  • PL/SQL, Unix
  • Forms, Reports, BI Publisher
  • OA Framework, Workflow, AME
  • Interfaces (files, web services, REST APIs)
• Proven experience in production support and RUN environments
• Strong debugging, performance tuning and root‑cause analysis skills
• Ability to write clear technical documentation and procedures
• Strong quality mindset and adherence to standards
• French and English speaking

Nice‑to‑have

• Oracle EBS DBA-level knowledge (performance and optimisation)
• ETL or integration tools (e.g. managed file transfer, data factory solutions)
• Knowledge of ITIL processes
• Experience in international, multi-entity environments
