Oracle eBusiness Suite R12 Business Analyst (FLUENT FRENCH SPEAKING)

Next Ventures is looking for an experienced Oracle eBusiness Suite Business Analyst to support a major property management integration project within an existing Oracle eBusiness Suite R12 environment.

You’ll play a key role in shaping solutions that connect real estate management with core financial modules , working closely with business and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery.

What you’ll do:

• Lead workshops to gather and challenge business requirements
• Design and document functional solutions within Oracle eBusiness Suite R12
• Configure and test modules across GL, AP, FA, PN, and PA
• Support acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet business needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, accounting, and operations

What we’re looking for:

• 10+ years’ experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite R12 (GL, AP, FA)
• Expertise in Property Manager (PN) and Project (PA) modules
• Fluent French speaker (mandatory) – able to lead workshops and write documentation in French
• Strong understanding of real estate management processes
• Solid background in accounting and taxation
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills
