As an Optronics/Optics Methods Technician , reporting to the Methods Manager and working in a multidisciplinary R&D environment, your role will be to contribute to the industrialization of our products and optimize production processes.

In this context, your main responsibilities will include:

• Contributing to the definition and management of the industrial documentation for our products (BOMs / routings / procedures) within our ERP system,
• Developing and maintaining manufacturing and testing procedures/work instructions for production teams, in collaboration with the Development department and Operational/Quality teams,
• Contributing to the improvement of workshop ergonomics and productivity by proposing solutions to enhance manufacturing processes, equipment, and workflows,
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
