Optical Fiber R&D Draw Process Engineer

Prysmian Group's R&D Optical Fiber unit in Douvrin, France seeks an R&D Draw Process Engineer to define and optimize draw processes for multicore and polarization-maintaining fibers. You will report to the R&D Draw & Measurement Manager and drive project execution from conception to transfer to production.

You will lead experiments, collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams, and promote safety and continuous improvement in an industrial setting.
