Ops AI Platform Engineer: Build Autonomous AI Agents

Alan is hiring Product engineers to build the Ops AI Platform from ground zero, shaping the architecture, product and foundation for autonomous AI agents used by our internal Ops team. You will help create a platform that scales and evolves with real-world operational needs.

You will work at the frontier of LLMs, tool calling, human-in-the-loop, and multi-agent architectures, delivering robust production features and contributing to our engineering culture and hiring efforts.
