Within Sebia’s Global Marketing Department, we are looking for a Global Marketing Product Manager to lead the strategy and lifecycle of our Myeloma product portfolio .

In this strategic role, you will build and execute global marketing plans, guide product development, support commercial success across markets, and represent Sebia among key stakeholders worldwide. You will play an active role in cross-functional teams during development phases and lead global launches and post-market activities.

Your insights—grounded in worldwide data—will empower Sales teams, inform business decisions, and strengthen Sebia’s presence in the Myeloma diagnostics field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to gain deep insight into global trends and competitive dynamics.
  • Recommend strategies and action plans to protect, grow, and differentiate your product lines.
  • Propose new product development projects for the annual plan.

Product Development & Lifecycle Management

  • Draft marketing specifications and act as the marketing representative in multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Ensure new products meet marketing requirements and customer expectations.
  • Define, update, and validate product packaging elements.
  • Lead product launches and drive post-market excellence.

Medical & Scientific Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.
  • Organize scientific studies in collaboration with international teams.
  • Analyze and disseminate scientific literature to shape market positioning and strategy.

Commercial Support & Training

  • Provide training and coaching to ensure successful implementation of marketing action plans worldwide.
  • Develop impactful promotional tools and materials for various customer segments.

Brand Advocacy & Events

  • Represent Sebia during conferences, exhibitions, and customer events.
  • Ensure Sebia’s values and expertise are consistently conveyed across markets.

Planning & Budget Management

  • Develop annual marketing plans, associated action plans, and manage the corresponding budget.

Your profile

  • Master’s degree (BAC+5) or engineering degree related to the technical nature of IVD products.
  • Ideally complemented by a master’s in marketing, Business School degree, or equivalent experience in the In Vitro Diagnostics sector.
  • Fluent in French and English .

You demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal abilities, combined with a high level of autonomy and natural leadership. You are well known for being confident in your decision-making and showing excellent listening skills, enabling you to understand and analyze customer needs effectively. With a results ‑ driven mindset, you can provide strategic, impactful recommendations that contribute to the success of the portfolio. You are also capable of taking a step back when needed, managing stress, and maintaining a solution ‑ oriented approach in complex or fast ‑ moving environments.
