Looking for a new Global Product Manager - Metabolic diseases !

Development of the strategies and marketing plan for the product portfolio for which he/she is responsible to achieve the revenue and margin targets. In line with Sebia's objectives, his/her recommendations must be based on data collected worldwide.

He/she is an active member of the various multidisciplinary working groups during the development phases, and a leader during the launch and post-market phases (life cycle management).

His/her actions should be aimed at supporting the Sales organization by defining a strategic approach and providing relevant promotional tools and training for different markets and customer segments. He/she will represent the company and its image to Opinion Leaders, customers, subsidiaries, and distributors he/she will meet.

Missions

Strategy and product launch

  • Recommends to his/her hierarchy the strategies and action plans necessary for the protection and growth of his/her product portfolio
  • Proposes new product development projects, defines the product requirements specification, and actively contributes to the development project with the multidisciplinary transversal functions
  • Ensures the launch of products in its range by developing the appropriate tools and providing the needed support to local teams

Product Lifecycle

  • Develops the Marketing Plan for the coming year on its products, including the action plan and associated budget
  • Directly supports the local marketing and sales teams as necessary to ensure the successful execution of its action plans in all countries
  • Develop and coordinate marketing activities
  • Organises and participates in conferences and congresses to promote products
  • Collects and analyses feedback from subsidiaries on product improvements and suggests them to the business teams he/she leads
  • Acts as the marketing interface within the multidisciplinary teams for the management of the product life cycle
  • Conducts scientific and novel technologies intelligence
  • Analyses the competitive environment and the market for a better understanding of its market
  • Participates to KOL boards, scientific congresses to develop a sustainable and valuable relation around our projects to improve the value proposition of our products

Qualifications and experiences

  • Master's degree or engineering degree in relation to the technical nature of the products managed, ideally complemented by a Master's degree in Marketing or Business School or equivalent professional experience in the in vitro diagnostic market
  • Minimum 2-3 years in global or operational marketing, or sales.
  • Fluent French and English

Compensation

  • 70/80 K€ + bonus + Car + company advantages
