OPEX / MPS / TISAX engineer
Lead and deploy Operational Excellence (OPEX) initiatives by applying continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, SMED, 5S) to optimize site performance.
Ensure the deployment and compliance of the Mahle Production System (MPS), including preparation for and successful completion of internal and external audits.
Coordinate and manage TISAX certification and recertification, with a particular focus on OT systems (industrial IT).
Monitor and analyze performance indicators (PPI, IPCO Technical), identify improvement opportunities, and lead cross-functional projects.
Work closely with production and support functions to support industrialization, problem-solving, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Your Experience and Qualifications
Engineering degree or equivalent (Associate’s degree with experience or Master’s degree), ideally in industrial engineering or operational excellence.
Proven experience in an industrial or automotive environment, with strong exposure to continuous improvement.
Proficiency in Lean tools (5S, SMED, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen) and problem-solving methodologies (QRQC or equivalent).
Knowledge of MPS or a similar production system, as well as an understanding of TISAX requirements (an asset).
Good professional level of English and proficiency with IT tools (MS Office), along with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
