POSITION OVERVIEW
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for the daily coordination, monitoring, and performance of kitchen operations across all 3x4 locations. This includes ensuring that SOPs, hygiene, safety, quality, and reporting systems are followed rigorously.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise all kitchen activities including prep, production, dispatch, and closing tasks.
• Maintain timelines for staff sign-in, prep, service, and cleaning.
• Monitor and ensure consistent food quality and portion standards.
• Lead staff training and ensure understanding of company SOPs.
• Enforce hygiene, safety, and NAFDAC compliance.
• Oversee daily inventory and requisition processes.
• Track waste, leftover management, and petty cash reconciliation.
• Complete and submit detailed daily reports to management.
• Coordinate communications across multiple 3x4 kitchen locations.
RequirementsSKILLS & COMPETENCIES
• Deep understanding of commercial kitchen operations.
• Leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking ability.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to analyse reports and take corrective action.
• Familiarity with digital tools such as Ovaloop, Excel, or Google Sheets.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• 3–5 years' experience as a kitchen supervisor or similar role.
• Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
• Must have experience in catering, hotel, or production kitchens.
• Proven record of managing people, stock, and operations under pressure.
WORK SCHEDULE
• 6 days per week (Monday–Saturday).
• Early start and closing
