Operations Plus Manager – Lean Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and promote the continuous improvement approach across the site
• Improve Safety / Quality / Cost / Lead Time / Environmental performance
• Establish and pragmatically deploy the site’s strategic performance improvement plan
• Lead improvement initiatives in support of and in coordination with operational functions
• Train and coach teams while ensuring the development of their skills

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent
• Proven experience facilitating Lean Management in established industrial environments
• Collaboration with Group-level Lean leaders
• Fluent in English
