Operations Manager

Our client, a global industrial is recruiting a Senior Operations manager / Plant Manager who has strong leadership experience

Job Responsibilities Include

• Operational responsibility – full P&L

Candidate Requirements

• Degree qualified Engineer with at least 15 years’ experience within a senior level management role (operational responsibility).
• Significant experience of relevant EHS and Process Safety standards and demonstrable people safety practices.
• Strong business and financial understanding.
• Experience of operating in an environment where compliance is key.
• Excellent leadership skills with a proven track record in people management and with the ability to influence staff at all levels. Strong multi-skilled background within a matrix environment.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills both orally and written.
• Bi-Lingual in English, French would be ideal.
