Operations Manager

Operations Manager jobs role / Responsable des Opérations ; must have experience of fast paced distribution and warehouse operations. This company works with international aerospace, engineering & industrial customers. You will need to have good English language ability to deal with UK and international suppliers, colleagues and customers (B1 minimum English proficiency)

This is an aerospace, engineering and industrial business operating in a highly regulated environment with a very high number of SKUs and thousands of safety-critical components, making it an extremely fast-paced operation.

The business supplies aerospace, defence, renewable energy and engineering customers globally, where service, speed and accuracy are business critical.

• Newly created role due to continued growth. Whilst it is part of a big international group - the Toulouse facility is fast growth but quite small at the moment so you MUST be happy to be a hands on leader and want to work in a small to medium sized company

What we are looking for in this Operations Manager jobs role

• MUST have experience within warehouse operations, industrial distribution or another fast-paced technical distribution environment.
• MUST have good English language ability - ideally B1
• Experience managing high-volume operations with thousands of SKUs and safety-critical components.
• Proven ability to lead warehouse, logistics, inventory and customer fulfilment operations.
• Experience driving continuous improvement, KPIs, operational efficiency and customer service.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop operational teams.
• Ambitious - there is genuine opportunity to develop into a more senior leadership role. The business is growing at around 18% per year.

This Operations Manager job is based in Toulouse, commutable from Blagnac, Colomiers, Toulouse Nord and Toulouse Ouest.
