Operations Manager

As the project lead, you will oversee assigned projects from initial planning through final delivery, ensuring technical, financial, administrative, and regulatory success at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Delivery

• Lead infrastructure and public space development projects from conception through completion.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and overall project performance.
• Ensure projects are delivered in compliance with quality, regulatory, and stakeholder requirements.
• Coordinate project activities across all phases of development.
• Structure and manage the technical, administrative, legal, and financial components of projects.
• Develop and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Ensure proper management of contractual obligations and project documentation.
• Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate feasibility studies, technical assessments, engineering activities, and construction operations.
• Manage consultations, tendering processes, and contractor engagements.
• Ensure alignment between project objectives, technical specifications, and execution plans.
• Oversee project progress and ensure delivery milestones are achieved.

Regulatory & Compliance Management

• Ensure compliance with urban planning regulations, public development policies, and legal requirements.
• Monitor permits, approvals, and regulatory obligations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay informed on evolving legislation and planning requirements impacting operations.

Stakeholder & Partnership Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with:
• Public Authorities
• Municipal Stakeholders
• Developers
• Engineering Consultancies
• Contractors
• Private Partners
• Facilitate collaboration between internal and external stakeholders.
• Represent the organization in project meetings and coordination activities.
• Supervise and support a team of two employees.
• Organize workloads, set priorities, and ensure operational effectiveness.
• Foster a collaborative and results-oriented working environment.
• Support team development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in:
• Civil Engineering
• Construction Management
• Minimum 3 years of experience in:
• Civil Engineering
• Public Infrastructure Projects
• Public Space Development
• Strong knowledge of:
