As the project lead, you will oversee assigned projects from initial planning through final delivery, ensuring technical, financial, administrative, and regulatory success at every stage.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Delivery
- Lead infrastructure and public space development projects from conception through completion.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and overall project performance.
- Ensure projects are delivered in compliance with quality, regulatory, and stakeholder requirements.
- Coordinate project activities across all phases of development.
- Structure and manage the technical, administrative, legal, and financial components of projects.
- Develop and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
- Ensure proper management of contractual obligations and project documentation.
- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate feasibility studies, technical assessments, engineering activities, and construction operations.
- Manage consultations, tendering processes, and contractor engagements.
- Ensure alignment between project objectives, technical specifications, and execution plans.
- Oversee project progress and ensure delivery milestones are achieved.
Regulatory & Compliance Management
- Ensure compliance with urban planning regulations, public development policies, and legal requirements.
- Monitor permits, approvals, and regulatory obligations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay informed on evolving legislation and planning requirements impacting operations.
Stakeholder & Partnership Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with:
- Public Authorities
- Municipal Stakeholders
- Developers
- Engineering Consultancies
- Contractors
- Private Partners
- Facilitate collaboration between internal and external stakeholders.
- Represent the organization in project meetings and coordination activities.
- Supervise and support a team of two employees.
- Organize workloads, set priorities, and ensure operational effectiveness.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented working environment.
- Support team development and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in:
- Civil Engineering
- Construction Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in:
- Civil Engineering
- Public Infrastructure Projects
- Public Space Development
- Strong knowledge of:
- Public Development Initiatives
- Project Management Processes
- Regulatory Frameworks
- Construction & Infrastructure Projects
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and stakeholder relationships.
