With our use of C‑band spectrum and the Nomad Omega, Air and Raptor modems, most Nomad Internet customers experience speeds between 100–200mbs. Job Description

This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Growth Strategy: Develop and implement growth strategies to increase revenue and market share. Identify and target potential new markets and business opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting customer relationships. Engage with key clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify new market opportunities and customer needs. Stay abreast of industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Sales and Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies. Contribute to the creation of marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations to prospective clients. Negotiate contract terms and close agreements.
  • Performance Metrics: Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing business development activities. Track key account metrics and report on business development activities.
  • Cross‑Functional Teamwork: Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with business objectives.
  • Networking: Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market trends.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate all offerings to clients and prospects.
  • Strategic Planning: Participate in the formulation of strategic business plans, identifying risk factors and business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an operations management role, preferably in a technology or internet services company.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in operational software and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of industry‑specific regulations and guidelines.
