Operations Leader - Lean, TPM & Continuous Improvement

Mondelez International in Granville, France, is seeking an experienced operations leader to manage production activities and deliver safety, quality, cost and delivery targets. You will implement the manufacturing strategy, drive continuous improvement, and build a high-performing team grounded in Lean, Six Sigma and TPM principles.

You will coach line leaders, ensure governance, monitor KPIs, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize equipment, processes and performance across the plant.
