Job Description

Our client, a global information technology services and consulting company, is recruiting for an Operations Lead to join their business in Paris, France.

Responsibilities

• Lead Application Operations for Telco and manage a team of 15-20 members
• Implement strong governance structures to ensure smooth operations, SLA adherence, and over-achievement
• Drive transformation towards DevOps and CI/CD implementation; promote new ways of working
• Understand and estimate effort for additional work; lead cross-domain activities across OSS and BSS
• Engage with clients and maintain effective client interaction
• Hands-on with AI Ops, and implement it in AO/AM activities
• Track incident reduction and implement continuous improvements in AO/AM activities
• Implement SRE and Observability; drive Automation in Application Operations
• Lead on RFPs and draft responses; build and lead a capable team

Position 1

• Operation support for the entire SDLC, including Level 2 and Level 3 production support
• Knowledge of Incident Management, Problem Management, ITIL certified, Change Management and Release Management
• Domain: Telecom Service
• Methodologies: SAFE Agile, ITSM
• Tools: Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, GitLab, CI-CD build & deployment pipeline, Code Security Tools SonarQube, Checkmarx
• Good communication skills, continuous improvement mindset, team management with strong interpersonal skills
• Leadership to provide solutions for critical issues

Position 2
