Operations Excellence & Solutions Architect

Clasquin, a French international transport operator, seeks an Operations Processes & Solutions Expert to drive global process governance and training. You will lead a network of key users, implement standardized training, and coordinate cross-functional activities to improve operational efficiency.

The role covers developing SOPs, KPIs, and change requests, with responsibility for documentation and deployment of CW/Cargowise-based solutions. Travel is expected.
