Great hotel performance starts with strong leadership, operational excellence and effective teamwork.

At KNSA Hospitality , we are looking for an experienced and inspiring Director of Operations to oversee our Mama Shelter portfolio across France and Switzerland .

You will play a key role in supporting our General Managers, driving business performance and ensuring our hotels have the resources, guidance and support they need to succeed.

Your key priorities:

• Operational Support & Excellence : Act as a trusted partner to our General Managers. Stay close to hotel operations, understand their challenges, provide practical solutions and drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency and guest experience.
• Financial Performance : Take ownership of operational and financial results. Challenge performance, identify opportunities and implement concrete action plans to improve profitability and deliver sustainable results.
• People Leadership : Lead, coach and develop our General Managers. Build strong and accountable leadership teams, nurture talent and foster a culture of engagement, collaboration and high performance.
• One Team – Hotels & Headquarters : Build strong partnerships with our Finance, HR, Sales, Revenue Management and Project teams. Promote a collaborative approach, ensuring that HQ expertise translates into effective, practical support for our hotels.
