In a fast‑paced and demanding environment, it is recruiting a General Manager to oversee 3 strategic industrial sites.

Your Mission will consist in leading the sites, ensuring world‑class safety, quality, service and P&L performance.

Description

This is a senior, general management role combining strong operational leadership with commercial experience.

What You'll Lead & Deliver:

• Lead the sites as one integrated network, managing complex low‑volume/high‑mix operations with agility and steering teams through growth, reorganization, migrations & stabilization phases.
• Ensure a strong safety culture and full compliance, guaranteeing food safety and adherence to all regulatory standards.
• Own service performance while overseeing S&OP, planning, inventory, materials and procurement alignment.
• Hold full P&L responsibility across the three sites and deliver EBITDA, productivity, cost and working‑capital targets.
• Champion a strong lean culture with measurable impact.
• Act as the operational representative for key Food & Beverage customers while partnering closely with Sales on strategic customer engagements and planning.
• Build a strong talent pipeline while fostering a culture of accountability, inclusion, ownership and high performance.

Profil recherché

• Full P&L accountability in a matricial environment.
• Solid commercial grounding and experience at the sales-operations interface; you have already held sales / commercial functions.
• Leadership in packaging or labels.
• Fluent French and English.
• Proven multi site industrial management.
• Analytical, disciplined, change driven leadership style.
